Biography
Pavlin enters her sophomore year with the Wildcats and coach Hutton Jones expects Pavlin to be a consistent force in the Wildcats’ top six. Fall (2007): Won the Lone Star Conference title at No. 4 singles. Freshman (2006-07): Had a combined 14-2 singles record. Was 1-0 at the No. 2 spot, 5-0 at No. 5, and 8-2 at No. 6. Was 6-0 in doubles matches. Was 2-0 with both Sandra Vucic and Meagan Brown, and was 1-0 with both her sister, former Wildcat Lana Pavlin, and Sarah Drummond. High school: Pavlin held the No. 1 spot for San Antonio Churchill High School for her sophomore, junior and senior seasons. During her junior year she finished first at district. In her senior season she was an all-district and all-region performer as she finished third at state. She also was voted the No. 23 ranked girl in the Super Champ Girls in Texas.
