Davidson returns for her junior year and is expected to start at forward for the Wildcats. 2006-07 (Sophomore): Finished third on the team in scoring with a 9.4 per-game average. Led ACU in steals-per-game with a 1.6 average. Also averaged 3.4 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 26.6 minutes per game. Started all 29 games for the Wildcats. Scored a career-high 22 points to lead ACU in an 81-70 win at Texas A&M-Kingsville on Feb. 24. Played one of her best games of the season on Dec. 5 when she scored 13 points (3 of 5 from 3-point range) and pulled down seven rebounds in a win over Angelo State. 2005-06 (Freshman): Was the first one off the bench last season as she averaged 16.4 minutes, 5.6 points and 3.0 rebounds a game. Got her ACU career started on the right foot as she led the Wildcats in rebounding with seven in the season-opener win against Incarnate Word on Nov. 18. Scored a career-high 15 points in a road win over Incarnate Word on Nov. 29. High School: Davidson was a teammate of starting ACU point guard Alex Guiton at Fort Worth Christian High School, and she helped lead the Lady Cardinals to a 136-22 record in four seasons. Davidson led FWCHS to a pair of Class 4A Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) state titles, and was the TAPPS Athlete of the Year as a senior. She averaged 13.7 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.2 steals per game as a senior, and she was named TAPPS District 1-4A MVP and first team all-district. She was also a first team all-state selection, and a Fort Worth Star-Telegram all-area selection. Davidson also excelled in track and field where she was a four-time state champion in the 800 meters and a two-time state champion in the 400 meters. She was also a four-time first team all-district selection in volleyball. Personal: Her father, Kenny Davidson, is a former all-America defensive end for the Wildcats. Her grandfather is former ACU football letterman Bob Davidson, who played on the famed 1950 ACU football team. 2004 graduate of Fort Worth Christian High School where she played for head coach John Anderson.
