Should fill one of the three spots in the Wildcats' rotation this seasonafter she transferred from Vernon College where she had a dominating two years. 2005-2006 (Vernon College): Ledford dominated the opposition in two seasons as she posted a miniscule 0.97 ERA during her career at Vernon college.  Ledford finished her sophomore campaign in 2006 with a 20-5 record and a 0.61 ERA and 195 strikeouts.  She was a first team all-conference and first team all-region pitcher before earning second team all-America honors. High School: A four-year letterwinner for head coach Steve Wester at Rider High School.  Ledford was a two-time district Pitcher of the Year at Rider HS.  A three-year captain in high school, Ledford was the district MVP as a junior in 2003.  Personal: She joins former Vernon players Sarah Vidalin (pitcher) and Samantha Borgeson (catcher) already on the ACU roster.  Born 04 October 1985. 2004 graduate of Wichita Falls Rider High School.
