2011 (Junior): Posted the best game of his career in ACU's season-opening win over Tarleton State on Sept. 1 with 12 tackles (four solo), including 3.5 tackles for loss and three sacks.  Earned Lone Star Conference Defensive Player of the Week honors for his performance.  Two weeks later against North Alabama he had 2.5 tackles for loss and one sack in ACU's 23-17 loss at Cowboys Stadium.  Finished the season with 37 tackles (19 solo) from his defensive end position, including 8.0 tackles for loss and 5.0 sacks. 

2010 (Sophomore):  Played in 9 games (1 start) for 11-1 Wildcats who earned another NCAA Division II bid after taking LSC title.  Had 23 tackles (8 solo) with 5 tackles behind LOS (17 yards in losses), 1.5 QB sacks (-12) and 3 QB hurries.

2009 (Sophomore):  Injury redshirt.

2008 (Freshman):  Played in 11 games (0 starts) with 14 tackes (4 solo) for 11-1 Wildcats in first collegiate action.  Also had 2.5 tackles behind LOS, 1 QB sack, 1 fumble recovery and 1 pass breakup.

2007 (Freshman): Redshirt.

High school: Two-year letterman at Southwest Christian High School, and was an all-district player both as a junior and senior. After his senior season, he was invited to play in the Tom Hillary Classic (TAPPS All-Star Game), and he was voted the game's Defensive MVP. As a junior he led his team to the state quarterfinals, and then helped the team to another playoff appearance as a senior. He also lettered two seasons on the SWC basketball team. Helped the basketball team to the Final Four as a junior and the second round of the playoffs as a senior.
