2011 (Freshman):  Redshirt.

High school:  Won six varsity letters as a football and basketball standout at El Paso's Chapin HS. As a senior in 2010 he caught 65 passes for 970 yards and 13 touchdowns earning all-district and all-city honors.  As a junior he caught 40 passes for 450 yards and five touchdowns to earn all-district and all-city honors. 

Personal:  Born 20 Feb 1993.  2011 graduate of El Paso Chapin High School.
