Biography
Plummer enters the 2007 season as a backup wide receiver after seeing action as a walk-on freshman in 2006.
2006 (Freshman): Plummer was a valuable special teams performer for the Wildcats, finishing the season with 13 tackles (six solo). His best game came in ACU's 41-38 win at Texas A&M-Kingsville on Nov. 4 when he had four tackles (one solo). As a wide receiver, he had one catch for 18 yards on the season, and that was against Angelo State on Oct. 14.
High school: As a senior at Mesquite HS, Plummer was a team captain and first team all-district selection. As a defensive back, he finished with 98 tackles, two interceptions, and also returned one kickoff for a touchdown. He was also a two-time all-district soccer performer for the Skeeters.
Personal: Born 24 Feb 1987. 2005 graduate of Mesquite High School.
