Q: What is the ticket policy for ACU faculty and staff?
A: All ACU faculty and staff will receive a free all-sports pass in the campus mail in July. This pass is to be used for ACU faculty and staff to gain free admission to all ACU sporting events. All dependents and spouses will be charged to purchase an all-sports pass. The prices for spouses or dependents 18 and older are $60 for the season. The prices for kids 18 and younger as well as spouses 65 and older are $20.

Q: Why is ACU charging dependents and spouses for all sports passes?
A: Due to the increased costs with rental of Shotwell Stadium, as well as increases in costs to run games, pay officials and staff, ACU athletics has been directed to change policies to help cover some of these costs. The cost of attending every sporting event ACU offers now for a Faculty/Staff family of four is now only $100, less than a $1 an event offered here at ACU.

Q: Will my ACU ID still get me into all home events?
A: Due to the ticketing system ACU has purchased, ACU ID’s will no longer work to get into games. ACU faculty and staff must bring their all-sports pass to gain entrance into the games. ACU will mail these to you in the campus mail in July 2013.

Q: I lost my all sports pass. How can I get a new one?
A: Due to the cost of the cards to be produced ACU will charge $10 to replace a lost card. Please hold onto the all-sports pass like it is your ID so that you can get into the games.

Q: My family does not come to enough events to warrant me purchasing an all-sports pass. Will there be any special rates for them?
A: During each athletics season ACU athletics will offer discount days to faculty and staff where they will be able to save money on regularly prices adult tickets. This will happen several times during the football and basketball season and will be advertised out thru campus mailings and campus emails.

Q: What is the new policy for ACU students?
A: ACU students will still get into all ACU games for free. ACU student ID’s will not work to get into games. ACU Students will receive a free all sports pass when they get to school in August. This will get all ACU students into games for free during the 2013-14 season
