Reed was All-Region and All-District twice … shot 86% from the charity stripe which led 2-AA in Texas … averaged 18 points per game along with four assists and four rebounds a game … he was also named to Amarillo Globe News Super Team as junior and senior along with the Lubbock Avalanche Journal Super Team his senior year as well … helped lead coach Ky Graham’s team to a 26-6 record his senior year … Reed also participated in football where he was a also an All-District quarterback
