Cats Fall in Utah

OREM, Utah – Utah Valley was credited with 21 blocks in a three-set win over Abilene Christian on Thursday as the Cats fell 25-18, 25-23, 25-20.
 
Ashli Edmiston had 11 kills and Bryley Steinhilber added 10 while Madeline Guffy pushed up 32 assists on the night.
 
Andie Sheppard had 23 digs and Hannah Knier and Hannah Gonzalez got in on three blocks each.
 
ACU now heads to the Pacific Northwest to take on Seattle at 4 p.m. (Central) on Saturday.
