ACU STORYLINES

  • ALAMO CITY CANCELLATION: ACU was supposed to play the UIW Cardinals in San Antonio on Saturday, but the game was cancelled due to COVID-19. No make-up date has been announced.
  • CLIMBING THE RECORD BOOKS: Senior Alyssa Adams ranks second in ACU's Division I history in career field goal percentage (52.0), and is now fourth in career blocks (70). Her next deny will tie her with Sydney Shelstead for third place. Suzzy Dimba (2013-17) has a ridiculous 194 in her one-of-a-kind career, sitting in the top spot. Sara Williamson is second on the list with 81.
  • IS YOUR HOUSE ON FIRE, GRISWOLD?: Redshirt sophomore Sarah Griswold has been so consistent this season in her first year with the Wildcats. Sarah started the first four games of the season, and has come off the bench since, and has scored in every game this year. She logged a double-double against Southeastern Louisiana and has eight games this season with at least three rebounds.
  • BACK ON TRACK: Redshirt senior Anna McLeod had struggled a bit from the three-point line, but hit four huge triples against SFA a week ago. Anna has scored 10 or more in three of the last four games, and is averaging 15.7 points per game this season. The Houston native is shooting 44% from the floor.
