Wildcats put up 108 points to earn their fourth-straight win

ABILENE, Texas — The Wildcats won their fourth-straight game and moved to 3-0 at home with a big win over the University of Dallas Wednesday night, 108-65. ACU got 62 points from their bench and had a plus-12 turnover margin that powered them to the dominant win.

Key Plays
  • Back-to-back jumpers from Coryon Mason and Airion Simmons got the scoring started for the Wildcats.
  • Simmons gave the Wildcats a double-digit lead with a three with just over 11 minutes to play in the first half.
  • Up 39-29, ACU went on a 10-0 run capped by a three from Logan McLaughlin to push their lead to 20.
  • Cameron Steele picked off a Dallas pass and fed the ball to Damien Daniels for a fast break layup the other way to give the Wildcats a 32-point lead.
  • With just under three minutes to play, Tobias Cameron once again took the ball the length of the floor for a monster slam to cap the dominant Wildcat performance.

  • Six different Wildcats scored in double figures, led by Coryon Mason who scored 19 points in 19 minutes played.
  • Airion Simmons and Logan McLaughlin each hit double figures for the second-straight game. Simmons scored 12 and McLaughlin had 14 on the night.

  • This is the first time the Wildcats have hit the century mark in scoring since December 12, 2019 when they had 105 points in a win over Howard Payne. It is also their most points scored since scoring 109 against Arlington Baptist on December 19, 2017.
