LAS CRUCES, N.M. — The Wildcats matched up with the No. 1 overall seed, Sam Houston, at the WAC Championship Thursday morning. The teams played close throughout each set, but the Bearkats found a way to close out each set late. Abilene Christian did a lot of things well in the match, including putting up a great blocking presence. The team totaled eight blocks with
Breanna Box a part of seven of them. The team was able to stay in each set, but Sam Houston found a way to close out each set late and earn the 3-0 win.

- Lindsey Toney tallied her fifth double-double of the year with 12 kills and 12 digs.
- Box just missed tying a career-high of eight blocks. She also led the team with a .385 hitting percentage with six kills on the day.
- Braden Bossier had a great offensive game with seven kills on a .313 hitting percentage.
- Toney finished the season with 319 kills which is good enough for sixth all-time in ACU's DI era.
- Box finished the year with the best hitting percentage in a season for the Wildcats since moving to DI and currently holds the best career hitting percentage in that time as well.
- Madison Lawler totaled 10 digs in the match and finishes her collegiate career with 1,758 digs.
- Toney finishes her career with 690 kills, good for sixth-most in ACU's DI history.
