Farler Figures
On takeaways from game one: "We felt confident going from game one to game to today. The team looked sharp in game one but didn't come up with timely hits to take control."
On the solid hitting in game one: "Situational hitting is important and something that we are learning as a team. Offensively, we looked good in game one. When you out hit your opponent you'd like to see a different outcome with the score but we did have great at bats throughout the game."
On what the team needs to do to find success against UNT tomorrow: "We will need all three aspects of the game to be clicking together. Offensively things are starting to look better, we are coming up with some bigger stops on defense, and if pitching can keep their hitters off balance we will have a good ball game."
