7 Wildcats earn academic honors

RICHARDSON -- Seven ACU volleyball players have been honored for their work in the classroom by being voted to the Lone Star Conference all-academic team.
Voted to the all-academic team was middle blocker Shawna Hines, while voted to the Commissioner's Honor Roll were sophomore Aubree Vick, sophomore Kelsie Edwards, junior Jordan Schilling, junior Ijeoma Moronu, sophomore Jennie Hutt and senior Michelle Bacon.
Hines is a junior business management major who leads the nation in total blocks and blocks per set.
